Our journey started when two Utahn food-loving entrepreneurs and a life long restaurateur came together to bring some of our favorite Japanese flavors, quality ingredients, fresh fish and love of A5 Wagyu to Utah. Since then our team has grown to include a team of expert Chefs from Indonesia, Japan, Guatemala, the US and Brazil. We’ve brought flavors we love and have fused them with premium Japanese cuisine where possible while honoring the authentic dishes so many have come to love from Japan.
