My name is Jiro and I am a trained chef in Japanese Cuisine. I began my training career in 1988 in Tokyo, Japan. I am a sushi head chef that has 35 years of experience. I opened restaurants in New York, Canada, Hong Kong, and China. Right now, I am making an omakase style sushi in New York. I will make a delicious and magnificent sushi for you at a reasonable price!
