ALOHA, Satori is a custom-built, farm to table sushi food truck specializing in serving local fresh fish as well as plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. In the theme of Maui Style Sushi Fusion, we are proud to use high quality organic ingredients, and support local farms. Our menu is mostly gluten-free and completely dairy-free featuring macadamia nut and Tamari based sauces. We also serve Maui Kombucha on tap, ramen bowls, miso soup, teas, and much more.
