With a keen eye for detail and a focus on traditional techniques, he creates a unique and memorable dining experience for each guest. With only eight seats available for each session, this intimate dining experience is not to be missed. The event runs our own omakase station at Lincoln Eatery for four nights a week, from Wednesday to Saturday each week, with three sessions a night. In addition to the exceptional food, the intimate setting and personalized attention from Chef Steven Neo Wang makes this event a must-attend for any sushi lover.
